All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the current rate of 15%.

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance of your order via email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
We ship to addresses throughout New Zealand. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by these Terms.
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
