Each kit contains essential survival supplies for 72+ hours, including water, non-perishable food, first aid supplies, an emergency blanket, torch, manual can opener, and more. Exact contents vary by kit size — check individual product pages for full lists.
Most supplies in our kits have a shelf life of 3–5 years. We recommend checking your kit annually and replacing any expired items. We'll send you a reminder email when it's time to refresh.
For corporate and institutional orders, we can tailor kit contents to your specific needs. Contact us to discuss custom options. Our standard consumer kits are pre-packed for optimal preparedness.
Emergency kits are comprehensive survival kits with food, water, shelter, and tools designed to sustain you for 72+ hours. First aid kits focus specifically on medical supplies for treating injuries and illness.
Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to most New Zealand addresses. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available to major urban centres. Rural delivery may take 3–7 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We use GoSweetSpot to provide accurate, competitive rates from multiple carriers.
We currently only ship within New Zealand. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery via the courier's website.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner, Stripe.
Yes — all prices on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST at the current rate of 15%.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@grabandgoemergency.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our returns policy.
Yes — we offer discounted pricing for bulk orders and corporate clients. Get in touch with your requirements and we'll put together a custom quote.
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened kits in their original packaging. Items with broken hygiene seals cannot be returned. See our full returns policy for details.
Contact us at sales@grabandgoemergency.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
