We deliver emergency preparedness kits nationwide across New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
2–5 business days
Available to all New Zealand addresses. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
1–2 business days
Faster delivery to major urban centres. Available at checkout when applicable.
3–7 business days
We deliver to rural New Zealand addresses. Additional time may be required for remote locations.

Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout using our logistics partner GoSweetSpot. Rates are based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address.
You will see the exact shipping cost before confirming your order. We do not add any hidden fees.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (NZST) on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery via the courier's website.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@grabandgoemergency.com. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
