Return unopened kits within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Refunds processed within 5β10 business days of receiving the return.
You may return a product if:
Items that cannot be returned: Opened or used kits, individual items removed from kits, and products with broken hygiene seals (e.g., first aid supplies).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5β10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping.
Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by this policy. Under the CGA, products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of our returns timeframe. For a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we may choose to repair or replace the product.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
